سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق حلبة

يوضّح هذا المستند كيف يقوم تطبيق حلبة ("التطبيق"، "نحن") بجمع بياناتك واستخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدامك لخدمة حجز الملاعب الرياضية. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضّحة أدناه.

١. البيانات التي نجمعها

نوع البيانات	الغرض من الجمع
رقم الهاتف	إنشاء الحساب وتسجيل الدخول عبر رمز تحقق (OTP) يُرسَل عبر واتساب أو الرسائل النصية، وربط الحجوزات بك.
الاسم والمدينة	إظهار اسمك في ملفك الشخصي وفي تأكيد الحجز، وعرض الملاعب القريبة من مدينتك.
الموقع الجغرافي (التقريبي والدقيق)	ترتيب الملاعب الأقرب إليك وحساب المسافة. يُستخدم الموقع فقط أثناء استخدامك للتطبيق ولا نتتبّعه في الخلفية.
الصورة الشخصية (اختياري)	عرضها في ملفك الشخصي عند رفعها.
تفاصيل الحجوزات	إدارة حجوزاتك (الملعب، التاريخ، الوقت، المدة، السعر) وعرض سجلّها.
التقييمات والمراجعات	نشر تقييمك ومراجعتك للملاعب باسمك.
إثبات الدفع	صورة (لقطة شاشة) لتأكيد التحويل وطريقة الدفع المختارة. لا نقوم بمعالجة أو تخزين أرقام البطاقات داخل التطبيق؛ تتم عمليات الدفع عبر تطبيقات مزوّدي الدفع الخارجيين.
رمز الإشعارات ومعرّفات الجهاز	إرسال إشعارات الحجز (التأكيد، التذكير، الدفع).
بيانات الأعطال والتشخيص	اكتشاف الأخطاء وتحسين استقرار التطبيق.

٢. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

تقديم خدمة البحث عن الملاعب وحجزها وإدارة حجوزاتك.
التحقق من هويتك وتأمين حسابك عبر رمز التحقق.
إرسال إشعارات متعلقة بحجوزاتك ومدفوعاتك.
تحسين أداء التطبيق ومعالجة الأعطال.

٣. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. نشارك الحد الأدنى الضروري من البيانات مع مزوّدي الخدمات التالين فقط لتشغيل التطبيق:

مزوّد رموز التحقق (Arqam) — لإرسال رمز التحقق عبر واتساب/الرسائل النصية (يتطلب رقم الهاتف).
خرائط Google (Google Maps) — لعرض مواقع الملاعب والمسافات.
خدمة الإشعارات (Expo / Firebase Cloud Messaging) — لإيصال الإشعارات.
Sentry — لتقارير الأعطال والتشخيص.
أصحاب الملاعب — يطّلعون على اسمك ورقم هاتفك وتفاصيل حجزك لتأكيد الحجز فقط.

٤. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما كان حسابك نشطًا أو بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت.

٥. حقوقك

الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها.
طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك المرتبطة به.
سحب إذن الوصول إلى الموقع أو الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت.

٦. أمان البيانات

نستخدم تخزينًا آمنًا للرموز (Secure Store) واتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS) لحماية بياناتك أثناء النقل والتخزين.

٧. خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

٨. التعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من حين لآخر، وسننشر أي تغييرات على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث".

This Privacy Policy explains how the Halaba app ("the App", "we") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our sports-field booking service. By using the App you agree to the practices below.

1. Information We Collect

Data	Purpose
Phone number	Account creation and sign-in via a one-time code (OTP) sent over WhatsApp or SMS, and to link bookings to you.
Name & city	Shown in your profile and booking confirmations; used to surface fields near your city.
Location (approximate & precise)	To rank nearby fields and compute distance. Used only while you use the App; we do not track location in the background.
Profile photo (optional)	Displayed in your profile if you upload one.
Booking details	Manage your bookings (field, date, time, duration, price) and show history.
Ratings & reviews	Publish your rating/review for fields under your name.
Payment proof	A screenshot confirming a transfer and the chosen payment method. We do not process or store card numbers in the App; payments occur through third-party payment provider apps.
Notification token & device identifiers	To send booking notifications (confirmation, reminder, payment).
Crash & diagnostics data	To detect errors and improve stability.

2. How We Use Your Data

Provide field discovery, booking, and booking management.
Verify your identity and secure your account via OTP.
Send notifications about your bookings and payments.
Improve performance and fix crashes.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share only the minimum necessary with these service providers to operate the App:

OTP provider (Arqam) — to send the verification code over WhatsApp/SMS (requires your phone number).
Google Maps — to display field locations and distances.
Push service (Expo / Firebase Cloud Messaging) — to deliver notifications.
Sentry — for crash reporting and diagnostics.
Field owners — see your name, phone number, and booking details solely to confirm bookings.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

5. Your Rights

Access or correct your data.
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Revoke location or notification permissions from your device settings at any time.

6. Data Security

We use secure on-device token storage (Secure Store) and encrypted connections (HTTPS) to protect your data in transit and at rest.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time and will post changes on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
