Account & Data Deletion Request — Halaba

This page explains how to request deletion of your Halaba account and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@halaba-iq.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
2. Include the phone number registered to your account so we can verify your identity.
3. We verify ownership and then delete the account.

Data that is deleted

• Account, phone number, name, and city.
• Profile photo (if any).
• Your booking history.
• Ratings and reviews you posted.
• Your device's notification token.

Data that may be retained

We may retain transaction/payment records for a limited period to meet legal and accounting obligations, kept separate from your identity where possible. Backups are purged on our normal rotation cycle. (Please confirm the final retention period per your legal requirements.)

Timeframe

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of verification.
